We are seeking a strong and confident Optical Assistant or Dispensing Optician for a niche store in the Rosebank vicinity. The ideal candidate should be organized, well-spoken, articulate, mature, and presentable, with a professional appearance that reflects the role.
The position offers a TOP salary based on experience, with working hours to be discussed.
Key responsibilities include invoicing, dispensing spectacles, and, ideally, providing contact lens instructions. Additional duties involve selecting and selling high-end, luxury, and limited-edition frames, building strong relationships with patients, and managing Instagram and TikTok posts (with patient consent). The role also requires handling phone calls and introducing yourself to individuals within the shopping centre.
